Private villa events in Tenerife

A villa above the Atlantic, staffed, lit and set for one evening — then handed back as if nothing happened. You arrive as a guest.

01 — The approach

The house is the venue. We make it yours.

Tenerife has no shortage of beautiful villas. Very few of them are ready to host forty people for dinner, and fewer still allow it in their rental terms. The work starts there: we find the house that suits the evening — a glass-fronted villa in the hills above Costa Adeje, a clifftop property near La Caleta, an old estate with a courtyard in the north of the island — and agree the event with the owner before anything is promised to you.

From then on the villa is treated as a venue. Arrivals, parking and transfers are planned around the property. The kitchen is assessed for a private chef, or a field kitchen is brought in. Lighting is designed for the moment the sun goes down, which on this coast is the part of the evening people remember. Neighbours, music levels and finishing times are settled in advance, so nothing interrupts the night.

You speak to one person throughout. The suppliers, the schedule and the contingencies stay on our side of the table.

02 — What's included

Everything the house doesn't come with.

Every element is chosen for this villa and this guest list. A villa evening typically draws on:

The villa

Properties that permit private events, matched to your guest count, views and privacy. Viewings by video or in person.

Private chef & bar

A tasting menu or a long shared table; a bar team with signature cocktails and wines from the island's own vineyards.

Staff

Hosts, waiters, valet parking and discreet security, briefed on your guests by name if you wish.

Light & sound

Lighting designed for dusk and after dark, a DJ or live musicians, volume agreed with the property.

Styling

Florals, tables, furniture and shade, designed for the space rather than taken from a catalogue.

Arrivals

Airport collection and chauffeured cars between hotels and the villa. For guests flying privately, we coordinate with the aircraft and its handling team at Tenerife South so the evening begins at the steps.

03 — How it works

From the first call to the last guest.

01

We talk

About the occasion, the people coming and the feeling you want when they walk in — and the details that change the house: children, a late finish, a speech, a surprise.

02

We find the house

A short list of villas that fit, with the owner's agreement already in place. Then one proposal — menu, staff, light, music and timings — refined with you.

03

You walk in

We set up during the day, run the evening from out of sight and return the villa the next morning exactly as we found it.

04 — Questions

What people ask us first.

Can you find a villa in Tenerife that allows events?

Yes. Most holiday rentals on the island prohibit parties in their contracts, so we work with owners who accept private events and agree the details with them in writing — guest numbers, music, finishing time and access for set-up — before you commit. If you already have a villa, we'll check its terms and plan the evening there instead.

How many guests can a villa event host?

Anything from a dinner for eight to a party for around a hundred and fifty, depending on the property. Beyond that we usually suggest a private estate rather than a residential villa, so the evening doesn't run into limits on noise, parking or access.

What happens if the weather turns?

The south and west of Tenerife are among the most reliable places in Europe for an evening outdoors, but wind and the occasional calima — a haze of Saharan dust — do happen. Every outdoor plan comes with a covered alternative at the same villa, agreed with you in advance, so changing course on the day is a decision rather than a scramble.

How far in advance should we plan?

Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for most villa events; Christmas, New Year and summer weekends benefit from more. Shorter timelines are often possible — tell us the date and we'll be honest about what can be done well.

How much does a private villa event cost?

There is no price list. Each event is quoted on its own brief, because the villa, the menu and the guest count change everything. If you share an approximate investment, we design to it and tell you plainly where the money makes the most difference.

05 — Elsewhere

Other evenings, other islands.

06 — Private consultation

Tell us about the evening.

The occasion is already filled in — four short questions on the right, or skip it all and send a voice note on WhatsApp. Either way, it ends in a live chat with us.

Monday to Friday · 10:00 – 18:00
We reply the same working day

We don't share your details. We don't add you to lists. We just reply.

Every event starts with a conversation — so this works like one. Under a minute, and it ends in a WhatsApp chat with us.
